[Clas12_calcom] [EXTERNAL] RGA Fa18 v0.26_qa Timelines Available (CND, FT, DC normalization)

Hi Timothy,

The timelines show the ECAL timing residual outliers visible in v0.24_in have been fixed in v0.26.  I have no other issues.
