[Clas12_calcom] [EXTERNAL] RGA Fa18 v0.26_qa Timelines Available (CND, FT, DC normalization)

Dear Timothy,
for the CND, all looks good for energy and time timelines, aside for a
couple of outliers. Are they good runs? I see in RCDB that run 5417, for
instance, had "no HTCC in trigger". I can do ad-hod run-by-run
calibrations to fix the outliers but only if they are runs that will be
use in analysis.
Then, the runs between 4779 and 4804 have zdiff which is off. These runs,
which I recalibrated last week, are the ones for which several CND
channels were off due to problems with the CFD. I think that the zdiff
plot is off because for many channels the CND position is not
reconstructed, so we just read "-z_cvt" in the plot.
I therefore sign off on the CND calibration, with the caveat of the
outliers mentioned above, and reminding you to mention the dead CND
channels biasing the zdiff plot when you'll have the pass2 review.
