[Clas12_calcom] timelines for RGB - F19 and W20 ready to be checked

Hello Zhiwen and all,
for CND, all the distributions are within QA specs. However, a few special
runs have about ~50 ps shifts in vertex time, so could be adjusted with
dedicated calibration.
The runs I need to be recooked for this purpose are the following: 11120,
11324, 11329, 11486 (all low lumi runs).
I also noticed that 11451 has empty histograms. this was already noted by
Raffaella in her RF calibration log. In ELOG, this run is said to have
been interrupted after 6 minutes (~3M events) of running due to HF plate
change. Still, before thinking of dropping it we should find out if the
cooking failed for some specific reason, as it was among the "good" runs
in pass1.
