[Clas12_calcom] timelines for RGC Fall22 available to choose runs to calibrate

Dear CalCom,
following the updated RF calibration, a pass0 and new timelines have been
produced for RGC Fall22. They can be found at the link:

It seems to me that FTOF is doing great, all the QA distributions are in
specs (aside for the alignment runs ~16865, but that is ok). Daniel, can
you please confirm this? If it is the case, I think we can proceed to the
selection of the runs to be cooked for the other subsystems.
