[Clas12_calcom] pass0 timelines for RGC F22 and W23

Dear CalCom,
Li has just produced the timelines for RGC F22 and W23. If you could
please check them out and let me know your feedback, it would be great.
For the case of F22, you should check if you see any differences between
the CCDB and Derek's sqlite versions.
For W23, you should let us know your cooking needs for calibrations.
