[Clas12_calcom] timelines for RGC Spring23 ready to be checked

Dear all,
following completion of FT calibration, we ran a pass0+timelines for RGC 
Spring23, you can find them at

Please let me know if your subsystem needs additional calibration work.
It looks like something weird must have happened with the CD, as the 
CTOF time is off specs for the whole range and the CND zdiff is off 
specs for the whole range (while timing is ok). CND zdiff was ok in the 
previous timeline, and since then both detectors have done more 
calibrations.
