[Clas12_calcom] Upload of HW status tables for RGC Sum 22

Dear Subsystem Experts,

as discussed during last CALCOM, the hardware status tables for RGC Summer 22 (Run 16042-16788) need to be uploaded.
For data cooking we will use run-by-run tables in default variation!
Therefore, please upload as many tables as necessary depending on the number of hardware issues during the run and make a logbook entry for your detector.

Please complete the upload of the tables for your subsystem by Friday this week (Jan 12, 2024). We will test the new tables in the following week.

Please let me know if you complete the task and if you have further questions.

Instructions on uploading:


  *   If components are faulty define a table with the given run range where the problem exists and upload this table to CCDB default variation
     *   ccdb add <name_of_table> -v default -r runrangestart-runrangestop table.txtfile
  *   If you have no problem during the RGC Summer 2022 run period please make sure that you have a table with all status = 0 in default variation for the runs
