[Clas12_calcom] [EXTERNAL] RGA Sp18 Mini timeline available

I think the RG-A Spr18 timelines are quite encouraging given the work by Florian to setup initial
DC calibration constants (offsets, t2D parameters) and the work by Raffaella and I to set up the
global timing. The DC calibrations are certainly good enough for me to proceed with FTOF. When
Florian is back in town, he can advance the DC work. For now, I think the next step is to proceed
with the beam offset calibrations and to have Yuri complete the FMT alignment. Let me know.
