[Clas12_calcom] timeline for RGC summer22 with CJ 10.0.8

Dear Calcom,
timelines were just produced for RGC S22 using the latest CJ, which
contained modifications to the eloss in the CVT reconstruction.

>From a quick look, it seems to me that all the timeliens of central
detectors are in specs, same as they were with the previous version of CJ.
Nonetheless, I'd like to ask to all detector experts to please check the
timelines for their subsystems.
