[Clas12_calcom] timelines for RGC Fall22 available

Dear CalCom,
we have run a pass0 and produced timelines for RGC Fall22, following the
calibrations of all subsystems (timestamp of May 21st).

I gave a quick look to the various subsystems and everything looks very
good to me. For the central detectors, in particular, the target materials
for the eloss are now included and still all distributions are in spec.
Please let me know if you think you need extra cooking to refine
calibrations.
