[Clas12_calcom] [EXTERNAL] RG-D Pass0v7 Timeline @ your Discretion

Dear CalCom Calibration Experts,

I am pleased to report that the new RG-D timeline, Pass0v7, is ready for
your assessment at https://clas12mon.jlab.org/rgd/pass0v7/tlsummary/. This
timeline was produced after completing the latest iteration of RF time
offsets for some short runs, FTOF/CTOF time tuning for a few runs, ECal
time resolution offsets, LTCC per-sector NPHE, and the first round of CND
and HTCC calibration. At first glance, it seems most of the outliers in
various subsystem distributions are gone, but I am eager to hear the
calibration experts' opinions.
