[Clas12_calcom] [EXTERNAL] RG-L Data Cooking Requests

Dear ALERT fans and CLAS12 Detector Experts,
     I am writing to you regarding the requests to cook RG-L data. In order
to save time, effort, resources, I would like to request that all the
cooking requests have to be passed to Noemie and Me in written emails,
specifying the following:
- Runs
- How many events (files) per run
- Bank schema needed.
- Statement of urgency.
