[Clas12_calcom] RG-L reference run calibration

Folks,

RG-L run 21552 was re-cooked after the FTOF calibration last week and the files appeared
yesterday at: /volatile/clas12/rg-l/pass0v1_data/calib/train/. Please proceed with your subsystem
calibrations. The FTOF calibrations for run 21552 were applied to the run range 21503-infinity.

I will ask for updates on progress at CALCOM this week.
