[Clas12_calcom] [EXTERNAL] RG-D Pass0v8 Timeline Ready for Assessment

Dear CalCom Calibration Experts,

I am pleased to report that the new RG-D timeline, Pass0v8, is ready for
your assessment at https://clas12mon.jlab.org/rgd/pass0v8/tlsummary/.
This timeline was produced after fine-tuning the CTOF calibration constants
for some problematic run ranges based on the Pass0v7 observation, performing
the second iteration of the ECal time resolution/walk for IB and OB datasets,
slightly adjusting the HTCC time for some fluctuating runs for S1 only, and
converging on the CND zdiff cross-checks.
At first glance, I believe most subsystems' distributions are within the QA
specs, but I am eager to get experts' feedback, especially for the tweaked
subsystems, before making any conclusions. Your efforts in converging on
these datasets' calibration are much appreciated!
