[Clas12_calcom] [EXTERNAL] Final RG-D Pass0v11 Timelines before Pass1 review

Dear CalCom Experts,

As discussed in last Friday's CalCom meeting, the final RG-D Pass0v11
timelines cooking before the Pass1 review has been processed, and the
timelines have been deployed @
https://clas12mon.jlab.org/rgd/pass0v11/tlsummary/ .
It's produced with the same conditions as the Pass0v10 timelines detector
and calibration-wise, but with the new LD2 OB AI-assisted network that has
been recently trained and thoroughly tested before being applied to the
whole dataset.
Please review them at your leisure and as desired :)!
