[Clas12_calcom] [EXTERNAL] RICH calibration for the simulations

Hi all,
as discussed at the last SIDIS WG meeting, I have updated the RICH 
calibration constants to turn on the whole RICH for all the RGA and RGC 
mc variations.

Please note that, as far as I understood, if your are running the 
simulations through OSG, these tables will become effective only with a 
new release.
The same should apply to the fix done few days ago by Maurizio to have 
the RICH banks written in the output.
