[Clas12_calcom] [EXTERNAL] RG-L pass0v8 timelines

Dear all,

    While RG-L is still awaiting the DC alignment studies investigating the
shift observed in sector 4, substantial effort has been devoted to
calibrating the ALERT's AToF and AHDC. As a result, a new set of timelines
(pass0v8: https://clas12mon.jlab.org/rgl/pass0_v8/tlsummary/ ) has been
produced to demonstrate the ALERT performance improvements over the full
run period.

    For detector experts of systems other than ALERT, nothing has changed
since pass0v7. Therefore, this message is therefore provided for your
information only.
