      as you may remember at our last meeting, we discussed about the

      review of the commissioning-with-beam plan and possible names for

      the review panel. The preference was for a panel of four people,

      with three from Jlab and one outsider. The names that were

      mentioned are the following (in alphabetical order):<br>

      Hovanes Egyian<br>

      Mark Ito<br>

      David Lawrence<br>

      Dave Mack<br>

      Elton Smith<br>

      Stepan Stepanyan<br>

      Glenn Young<br>

      As outsider, we mentioned Lars Schmitt who is the Panda Technical

      coordinator.<br>

      I would like to ask you whether you have other names to suggest

      and what your preferences would be. <br>

      We should come to a final decision on who we should ask first to

      serve on this review panel at our next meeting on Friday Oct. 3rd.<br>
