[Clas12_dileptons] Procedure to normalize MC samples to data

Hello all,

After the discussion of yesterday on the MC/data normalization, Rafo and I have put together the attached note. It should describe how to get all the parameters needed to properly normalize MC to data using the accumulated charge of a given dataset.

The note will also be promptly posted on the wiki.

If you encounter any inconsistency, mistake or any other typo that have to be corrected, just let me know and I’ll update the document.
