[Clas12_dileptons] Release note of the preliminary results for the JPsi photoproduction on proton

Hello all,

This morning during the dilepton meeting I presented the release note in which the current state of the JPsi analysis on RGA data is detailed.

The document is quite long, but includes a lot of appendix which do not provide the bulk of the information. All the material which is presented in the note has already been presented either at the last few collaboration meeting or at the dpwg meetings.

Please let me know your feedbacks/comments/corrections. The plan would be to transmit it to Maxime and the DPWG at the end of this week or early next week.
