Hello all,

Latifa sent the list of things that she wants from each subgroup for her RG-A report preparation (See her e-mail below).
It is not fully complete yet, in particular I am thinking still about the benefits from the pass3, but I would appreciate your comments suggestions.

In preparation for the RGA report for the upcoming collaboration meeting, I would like each of you to provide the following information for your RGA subgroup:
Accomplishments:
• Publications
• Technical Notes
• Completed thesis projects
Ongoing and Planned Activities:
• Analysis projects
• Status of analyses and papers currently under review
• List of ongoing thesis projects
• Analyses requiring data from other run groups
• Detailed plan for FY26
• Highlights of recent results
Support and Resources:
• Required simulations to support your plan
• For Pass3-related activities, please indicate where your group would benefit most:

o Software development (tracking, PID, kinematical fitting, etc.)
o MC simulation
o Alignment
o Calibration
o Other areas
Analyses on Hold:
• List any analyses slowed or on hold due to lack of manpower
• List any analyses on hold due to CLAS12 software status
