[Clas12_dileptons] Vector meson production on nuclear targets

Hello all,

We are coming back to you about the Vector Meson production on nuclear 
targets CAA.
Richard and I presented the work of this CAA at both the RG-D and RG-E 
meetings yesterday. We had very enthusiastic exchanges and feedbacks.
We have included some remarks to the document, from our discussion on 
Tuesday and from the discussion within RG-D and RG-E. We believe that 
the document is now mature enough and would like to submit it for review 
to the NPWG on Monday the 15 of September.

If you'd like to sign this final version of the document (in 
attachement) or if you have further comments on its content, please let 
us know and we will be happy to modify it accordingly.
