his paper wrote that the theoretical uncertainties in the determination of the proton radius are increasing with the beam energy. He stressed that we need to measure t-distribution as close to the threshold as possible. You can even see some dependence of
the radius as a function of the beam energy that you are presenting. By this reason the most valuable data are coming from the low beam energy. </span></p>
