[Clas12_first_exp] Clara on JLAB batch

Dear All,
After discussions with the scicomp group (many thanks for their support) Clara CLI default parameters were adjusted to work properly for majority of JLAB farm deployments. So, the new instructions are posted on the Clara web site at:
