[Clas12_first_exp] RC meeting at 3pm, Tue 04/03

The attached plots show the trigger monitoring for run 3822 using 4 files
(10, 11, 30, and 31)
This run is still processing

The rate sector dependence and electron purity is quite similar to what we
had before. The purity for outbending runs comes out quite high, here at
the 60% level.
