[Clas12_first_exp] No RC meeting today; Meeting tomorrow is on

Dear All,

As you know, the production data has been steadily taken with some extremely stable beams except about a hour down time last evening mostly likely due to storm related issue. There does not appear to be any imminent issues we must address. Therefore, after consulting with the PDL, we will cancel today’s RC meeting. Tomorrow we will meet at 3:00pm at the counting house, ahead of the weekend. Issues related to the following items probably should be also discussed if needed:

What is expected to happen in the next few days:

1. Production data at 50na through the weekend until Monday 8am, when beam studies is schedule to take place. 
2. During the beam studies period, Magnet group will conduct studies (Ruben, etc), running both magnets down to 1000A and initiate a slow dump. So far only Yuri is also  planning to use that time for work in the hall, installing the 450 chiller for SVT and checking the MVT HV cables. If you plan to take advantage of that time on Monday for work in the hall, please let Eugene and me know. Thanks!
3. After beam studies, we will do Moller (half-wave plate in, as it is now, then out) and empty target run after the beam studies, and resume production run with half-wave plate out.
4. There is scheduled RF recovery period on Tuesday. Hopefully that will be smooth.
5. There will be a open-house tour on Wednesday, the exact time is not known yet. It is not expected to take too long a time.
6. Will we have an end-of-run party?
