[Clas12_first_exp] RC meeting today at 3pm, access update

There are a few items that need to be discussed today, so I would like to have a short RC meeting today at 3pm in the counting house. For those who used today’s beam studies opportunity for rapid accesses, please give us a short update at the meeting if you can. If you won’t be able to finish the work today, there might be another chance on Wednesday since we have a scheduled tour event that also coincides with the RF recovery.
