[Clas12_first_exp] Status update

Dear Collaborators,

Accelerator is making progress with restoration and there is a reasonably good chance to receive beam in the hall tomorrow.
Today Hall B remains open and will be locked up tomorrow morning at 08:00 for PSS certification. Hall B shifts canceled until 12:00 Thursday August 23. Thursday Day shift should report to the counting house at 12:00. 

There were some updates in the run documentation (COO, ESAD, RSAD). Updated documents are posted on the run web page.
Please review them. There is a yellow binder with the hard copies of these documents in the counting house. Wheh you come to you first shift please acknowledge that you have read and understood them by signing signature list in the yellow binder.

We have daily RC meetings at 14:30 upstairs in the counting house where you can get the latest information.
