[Clas12_first_exp] Run Coordinator meeting today

Folks,

We will have a Run Coordinator meeting this afternoon at 2:30 p.m.. For people 
on-site, the meeting will take place upstairs in the Counting House conference 
room.

Shifts are scheduled to begin today at 4 p.m. and initial beam tuning to Hall B
should commence on swing shift. Today’s meeting will focus on the start-up
over the next 24-48 hours. Please look over the run plan on the wiki in advance
of the meeting. Also if there are any issues with subsystem readiness, be
prepared to discuss.
