[Clas12_first_exp] Status update and shift cancelation

Dear Collaborators,

The accelerator has developed vacuum problems which prevent its operation. They are investigating the extent of the problem and how long it may take to fix it. We expect a decision by tomorrow morning. Hall B remains locked up until then. At this time Hall B shifts are canceled until 08:00 Friday August 31st.
