Dear all,

As of this morning 6:30am, we have successfully completed part 1 of the
First CLAS12 run, covering part of RG-A and of RG-K. Attached photo
shows the last shift personnel of this year, and two of the recent RC's.
Sadly, the all-year PDL is missing.

We collected great data during both the long RG-A and the very short
RG-K periods. The last week also showed the full luminosity potential
with the standard CLAS12 configuration. Only the large data volume in
the electron outbending configuration prevented us from running full
design luminosity for the entire week.

I look forward to see great science to result from these data.

Best regards, Volker
