[Clas12_first_exp] RC/calibration meeting

Hello Latifa;

I just got this email.
The DC calibration is pretty good; ~500 micrometer resolution.
We of course want better than that and will calibrate very soon.
First, though, we have to have the event start time on an event-by-event
basis so that we can do our T0 calibrations properly.
I don't think this is ready yet; Veronique is doing it.

If we do not have Tstart event-by-event we will have large (~20 - 30 ns)
random variations in time.
