[Clas12_first_exp] Accelerator status/Hall access/cosmic, calibration runs/meeting today at 3pm

Hello FX;

I looked at the logbook, but it was not at all clear
what data we have.  Where do you look up such information?

Note that we have taken similar data at 2 GeV in the run range 2441 to 2449
