[Clas12_first_exp] Online monitoring

Dear Andrey,

Great job on the timeline online monitoring,  beautiful work. Please 
produce one slide on the status and the links you showed this morning 
and post it on our CLAS12-First experiment DocDB for completeness and 
also, that we can test it and give you feed back. We will make sure that 
all the effort of online/offline monitoring are within the same 
monitoring framework, we will also look for someone to help you to 
finalize the implementation. This is very important for data processing 
this summer but also for the Fall run.
