[Clas12_first_exp] Combined RC / TCB meeting

Dear all,

We will have a combined TCB / RC meeting tomorrow Friday 3/2 at 1:30pm 
in room CC A110.

In the TCB part we want to review how CLAS12 is performing as measured 
when comparing what we have learned so far from the operational 
performance during the engineering/physics run, with what was given in 
the specifications.

For the specifications go to the CLAS12 portfolios 
(https://www.jlab.org/Hall-B/clas12-web/) and click on the "specs" link 
of your system(s).  For each system (exceptions are: polarized targets, 
Hall B infrastructure) prepare 1 to 3 slides that shows the comparison 
in table form or/and graphics.
