[Clas12_first_exp] CLAS12 First Experiment Analysis Review/Preparation for DNP2018

Dear all,

In preparation of the DNP 2018 Meeting we will have meeting to review 
the status of the analysis and required preparation. Please find in the 
link below to the meeting agenda for Thursday afternoon May 24 and 
Friday morning May 25 and how to join the meeting. We have room also 
reserved for Friday afternoon for additional discussion if needed. For 
now we have A110 reserved. I will let you know if the room changes.

_*Reminder:*_

1) Please address in your talk the following:

  * Status of your data analysis and MC simulations
  * Required Calibration
  * Required Statistics for Data processing and MC simulations
  * Others.

2) Any presentation to DNP from the CLAS12 First Experiment has to be 
approved by the Physics Working Groups.

3) Please upload your talk before the beginning of your session.

4) Keep your talk to 20mn, we will reserve 10 mn for discussion.
