[Clas12_first_exp] Validation of new DC-roads for the electron trigger

Hi Latifa,
dc trigger validation may take a while, probably few days, so we have to decide now
if we want to use it. Changes are minimal, most likely new DC will work OK.

Dear Valery,

You are in the run plan. Now we are in the process of finishing the 
Moller run.

You will take the data that you need to validate the trigger, after that 
I would like to to take production data without DC until tomorrow where 
we have validated trigger in this configuration with new the newly 
generated Generated roads.
