[Clas12_first_exp] Validation of new DC-roads for the electron trigger

Dear Latifa,
with Veronique we develop code to check whether reconstructed tracks from data have a match in a road dictionary. This was used earlier to test previous dictionaries.
I agree that the ultimate confirmation can only come from trigger test but just wanted to mention that there is no reason to expect a different behaviour of this dictionary with respect to the previous ones.
