[Clas12_first_exp] No RC meeting today

Dear all,

Currently the tagger is energized and we are waiting for the beam since 
yesterday 3pm. MCC is struggling to get it back in the Halls as it was 
yesterday morning. As soon as we have good beam to the tagger, we will 
take a Moller Run to measure the beam polarization and then resume data 
taking.

There will be no RC meeting today since there is no news compared to 
yesterday.
