[Clas12_first_exp] Shifts and changeover from RGA to RGK

Dear Collaborators, 

The Fall run of RGA ends this Monday. RGK run is scheduled to start officially on November 29th. The beam delivery will be terminated at 07:00 Monday November 26th and accelerator will start energy change. Hall B will go to restricted access. Solenoid and Torus magnets will be off. If you are going to do some work in the hall during down time please coordinate it with RC (Raffaella), PDL (Eugene) and hall work coordinator (Denny). 

Hall B shifts are canceled from 08:00 Monday until 16:00 Tuesday. Shifts starting after 16:00 Tuesday for now will be on a standby and should be ready to come if called. We should have better understanding about start up Tuesday morning.
