[Clas12_first_exp] Status update and shifts

Dear Collaborators, 

The accelerator energy change is progressing very well. They got beam to the fifth pass and will do extraction soon. The hall will be locked up by the end of the day shift. We expect to receive beam on the swing shift today. 
Swing shift should report to the counting house at 16:00.
