[Clas12_first_exp] Hall access on Monday

Dear Collaborators, 

The accelerator has beam studies scheduled for Monday morning from 09:00 to 14:00. Part of the beam studies would be dedicated to further investigation and understanding somewhat confusing results of our beam polarization. For that they would need Hall B locked up by 11:30 and be ready to perform Moeller measurements. The first couple of hours from 09:00 to 11:00 we may have opportunistic controlled access to the hall. I am planning to do a safety walk through during these hours. 
If anyone needs to do some work in the hall during this time please please coordinate this with RC and PDL.
