Dear all,

We will have a combined TCB and CLAS12 First Experiment RC meeting,
tomorrow Friday at 1:30pm in room CC A110.

In addition to the RC report, all system owners should prepare one slide
per system to demonstrate the performance of their system(s) from the
current run. This should give us an overview of how CLAS12 performs at
the beginning of the Fall Run, and if any intervention may be needed. We
also need to decide about the run conditions over the weekend.
