[Clas12_first_exp] geometry update tests

Dear all

It has been requested that people be updated with data prepared with fixes
to the detector geometry. Following this request I launched inbending and
outbending data at 2, 6, and 11 GeV which will appear under

/work/clas12/clas12/data/calib/cooked_5bp6p9/

The run numbers are
2391
2587
3083
3842
3932
4013

Note that this software tag has not been released yet and that tests are
still ongoing to validate it. Also note that additional alignment is not
included in these files and that independent additional work is still
ongoing to align in particular DC. Nevertheless, if you are interested in
contributing to these studies, please use the data under the directory
above and report your findings at the RG-A meeting
