There are the numbers we have

Inbending PAC days: 75 nA x 100 days = 0.648 C
Outbending PAC days: 75 nA x 20 days = 0.129 C

Using the numbers from Joseph you quoted above
Inbending fraction: 7.9e-3 / 0.648 = 1.2%
Outbending fraction: 7.1e-3 / 0.129 = 5.5%
Total fraction: 0.015 / 0.7776 = 1.9%
