[Clas12_first_exp] Quantity of data available

I do not think you can count 39 days of low luminosity as 20 days of full luminosity. If you look proposal E12-11-005, the low luminosity meant to be x20 lower that the nominal. So, in our estimate we ignored it completely and assumed all in all (inbending+outbending) 100 days of high luminosity, 10^{35} cm^{-2} sec{-1}.
