[Clas12_first_exp] RC meeting at 2:30 (summary)

Dear all,
it was decided that tomorrow after the beam is off  (7 am or around it) we plan to:
- turn off Torus and Solenoid magnets;
- open the Hall into controlled access;
- Daniel and Cole will do cosmic runs with the Forward Carriage;
- Daniel will go in the hall for about an hour;
- Florian will work on the BAND detector in the Hall;
- Eugene will do a walk through;
 - Will will work on the HTCC and I will instruct shift personnel not to turn HTCC off;
- Youri will be taking data with the SVT;
- Irakli will work on the FTT readout issues if it is possible to run FTT DAQ separately from the ForCar.
I hope I do not miss anything.
