Dear all,

We will have a combined TCB and CLAS12 First Experiment RC meeting,
tomorrow at 1:30pm in room A110.
In addition to the RC report we want to discuss detector performance
during the ongoing run and any necessary
changes before we go into the weekend running.
You may show one or two slides if needed.
