[Clas12_first_exp] no RC meeting today

Dear All,
as announced yesterday, because of the Hall A facility development work, Hall B has been in restricted access since this morning and will remain so till at least swing shift tomorrow. We will get an update tomorrow on when we  can expect to get beam.
Given the current schedule, there will be no RC meeting today. 
Please coordinate with Sergey if you need the DAQ in the next 24 hours. Also, please keep me and the PDL (Dan Carman) informed of work that you plan to do in the Hall.
