[Clas12_first_exp] update on shifts and run plan

Dear All,
we were just informed that the accelerator work for the Hall A experiment may be completed in the next few hours and that we should plan to staff the counting room starting from 8 pm tonight. 

Collaborators on swing shift should therefore plan to be in the counting room starting from 8pm and be ready to follow the run plan posted on the wiki. 

To the shift takers: please respond to this email to confirm you receive it and you will be available.
